Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!  We are a small business, and our products are mostly handmade, so it'll take just a bit to get yours ready to go!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Free shipping is available on all orders of $75 or more.  We are sorry, but we currently do not ship outside of the United States. 

SHIPPING DAMAGES

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at wiwilderness.adventures@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
